About AiresDocs
AiresDocs exists because getting a PDF signed should not require an enterprise contract. It is built and run in the UK by a small company that makes focused web tools.
What we are building
Most small businesses need the same thing from an e-signature tool: upload a document, put the signature boxes in the right places, send it to a few people, and get back a signed copy with proof that will hold up. The established platforms do that and a great deal more, priced per user with envelope caps that punish exactly the landlords, recruiters, agencies and consultants who send the most routine paperwork. AiresDocs does the core job for a flat price, with a free plan that stays free for 3 documents a month and one Pro plan at £12 a month or £99 a year.
We have put the effort into the parts that matter when something goes wrong: an explicit consent step, an audit trail that cannot be edited, SHA-256 hashes of the original and final files, a certificate page on every completed document, and a public verification page. What we do not do
We do not sell qualified electronic signatures, identity verification, notarisation or witnessing, and we say so plainly wherever it matters. We do not run advertising, analytics trackers or data brokering: revenue comes from subscriptions, so our incentive is to keep the service working for the people who pay for it. We do not write marketing copy about things we have not verified; the comparison pages cite their sources and dates.
The company
AiresDocs is a product of Infinity Square Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16880965. Its registered office is 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, United Kingdom. Infinity Square Labs also builds other focused web tools; each runs under its own brand and the sites do not share data. The company is the controller of AiresDocs account data and the processor of customers' documents, as the privacy policy and data processing terms explain.
How we work
- Documents are stored in London, encrypted, with access limited to the account that owns them.
- Changes are dated. The changelog records every change to the product, prices, legal pages and sub-processors.
- Legal content cites primary sources and is checked against them; we say when it was last checked.
- Support is by email from the people who build the product: support@airesdocs.com.
