Which plan you need
Bulk send is on Pro (£12 a month or £99 a year) and Team (£29 a month or £249 a year), 100 contracts per batch, unlimited contracts. Free accounts can test the template first.

What goes in the spreadsheet?
One row per person: name, email and role, plus a column for any template field you want pre-filled, such as the rent, the start date or the policy version. Upload a CSV; AiresDocs shows a preview so you can check the columns matched before anything is sent.
Does everyone get the same contract?
Everyone gets their own contract, created from the same template, with their own fields, link, reminders and certificate. Nobody sees anyone else's details. If a row has two roles (for example two tenants), both are recipients of that row's contract.
How many can I send at once?
Up to 100 contracts per batch on Pro and Team, as many batches as you need. Each contract counts as one contract; both plans have unlimited contracts within the fair-use rules on the pricing page.
How do I know who has signed?
The batch page shows every row with its status (sent, viewed, signed, declined, expired) and any error, such as a bounced email. Export the results as a CSV, or open any row to see the contract and its audit trail.
Can I collect answers from everyone in one place?
Yes. Field data exports one row per contract for a template, so a policy acknowledgement or a rent review sent to 80 people comes back as one spreadsheet of who ticked what and when.
Is bulk send the same as mass mail?
No. Each recipient has agreed to receive agreements from you, each contract is individual and legally meaningful, and reminders only go to people with something left to sign. Sending unsolicited mail through AiresDocs is against the terms.
