Before you write

  • Signers: if a link has expired, you need a document resent, or your name is wrong, contact the person who sent it; only they can change or resend a document. If you cannot reach them, email support with the document title and we will help.
  • Please do not email documents or personal data unless we ask. A document ID (on the certificate page) is enough for us to look into most things.
  • Many questions are already answered on the help page, the pricing FAQ and in the guides.
