AiresDocs v2: unlimited contracts on every paid plan and a new Team plan (up to 10 people, £29 a month or £249 a year). Contract packs, images and Word files, all field types with validation, conditional and calculated fields, auto-detected form fields, templates with roles, contract links with QR codes, bulk send from a spreadsheet, approvers, witnesses, in-person signing, delegation, correcting a sent contract, scheduled sending and reminder schedules, SMS codes and ID checks per signer (on request), signing in seven languages, embedded signing, comments, attachments, acknowledgements, reports, contacts, folders, branding, retention rules, email archiving, 2FA, a public API with webhooks, a tamper-evident digital seal and a version 2 certificate. Contracts, signatures and audit events are stored in the EU (Ireland). The privacy policy, DPA and security page now list Twilio (SMS codes), Stripe Identity (ID checks) and Anthropic (AI summaries) as sub-processors that apply only when the feature is switched on for your account, and describe the digital seal, 2FA and retention rules. This website was rewritten around contracts and agreements rather than file formats: eight product pages, five solutions pages by role, a developer page, two new guides (getting a tenancy agreement signed in a day; offer letters from accepted to signed), re-checked DocuSign comparisons dated 9 October 2026, and refreshed legal pages.
The product and this website were renamed from SignFinch to AiresDocs, with a new A-monogram mark and the domain airesdocs.com (app.airesdocs.com, api.airesdocs.com). The operator, Infinity Square Labs Ltd, is unchanged.
Published the AiresDocs website: product pages, pricing, security, the legal-validity explainer with primary sources for the UK, US, EU, Canada and Australia, eight guides, and the legal pages (privacy, terms, DPA summary, cookies, accessibility).
AiresDocs v1 scope fixed: upload an agreement, drag-and-drop field editor, sequential or parallel signing, token-based signing links with optional access codes, drawn, typed or uploaded signatures, completion certificate with SHA-256 hashes and a full event log, public verification, templates and branding on Pro, Stripe billing.
