AiresDocs vs PandaDoc
PandaDoc is a document-automation platform that includes e-signature. AiresDocs is a signing, routing and proof service for agreements you already have. The right choice depends on whether your problem is writing documents or getting them signed.
Summary
- Choose AiresDocs if your agreements already exist and you want unlimited sending at a flat price, for one person or a team of 10, with approvers, identity checks, a sealed file and a certificate anyone can verify.
- Choose PandaDoc if you want to build proposals, quotes and contracts inside the tool with pricing tables and a content library, track how recipients read them, and connect to a CRM out of the box.
- Both let signers sign without an account on any device and both record an audit trail.
What each product is built for
PandaDoc is a document workflow platform. Its centre of gravity is creating documents: a block-based editor, a content library, pricing tables and quote tools, document analytics (who opened what and for how long), payments, and integrations with CRMs and other business software. E-signature is one part of that workflow.
AiresDocs assumes you already have the agreement, typically from your lawyer, your accountant, an industry body or your own template. It adds the layer that gets it signed and keeps the proof: fields placed on the agreement or detected automatically, routing with approvers and witnesses, identity per signer, a guided signing page in seven languages, contract links and bulk send, a sealed file with a plain-English certificate, and a public verification page. It does not help you write the document.
Pricing models
AiresDocs is one flat subscription: Free for 3 contracts a month, Pro at £12 a month or £99 a year for one person, Team at £29 a month or £249 a year for up to 10 people, all with unlimited contracts. PandaDoc sells per seat with several tiers. We attempted to read PandaDoc's pricing page on 9 October 2026 to quote its list prices and the page refused our request, so we have not stated figures. Please check it directly; the pricing page will be updated when we can verify them.

Evidence and legality
Both products produce simple electronic signatures with an audit trail, which is what UK, US and EU law requires for ordinary commercial agreements. AiresDocs's record includes a tamper-evident digital seal, an explicit consent step with its wording version, an append-only event log with timestamps, time zones, IP addresses and browsers, the identity method used for each signer, SHA-256 fingerprints of the original and the final file, and a public verification page that works without an account. Neither product provides qualified electronic signatures at entry level. Read when electronic signatures are binding for the law and how to verify a signed contract for the mechanics.
Which should you choose?
Ask where your time goes. If it goes into writing and pricing proposals, PandaDoc's editor, content library and analytics are built for that and the per-seat price buys them. If your agreements are already written and the pain is chasing signatures, proving who agreed to what, and paying per seat, AiresDocs does that part for a flat price and stays out of the way. A small business can run both without conflict: one for proposals, one for the standard agreements.
Questions
Why are there no PandaDoc prices on this page?
We publish competitor prices only when we have read them on the vendor's own page on a stated date. When we tried to load PandaDoc's pricing page on 9 October 2026 it refused the request, so we have linked to it rather than quote figures from third-party sites. We will add them when we can verify them.
Does AiresDocs build documents like PandaDoc does?
No. PandaDoc is a document builder: you assemble proposals and quotes from blocks, pricing tables and a content library, then send them. AiresDocs starts from an agreement you already have (from your lawyer, your accountant, a template you trust) and adds the signing, routing, identity and proof. It will detect form fields, pre-fill values and calculate totals, but it does not write the document.
Can PandaDoc documents be verified with AiresDocs?
No. AiresDocs verification checks files that AiresDocs sealed, by comparing their fingerprint with the record made at completion. Documents completed in PandaDoc should be verified through PandaDoc.
Which is better for a small business?
It depends on where your time goes. A consultancy writing bespoke proposals with pricing tables and wanting to see how long the client spent on each page is PandaDoc's core customer. A landlord, recruiter, clinic or practice sending the same agreements every week, wanting a flat price with no per-seat charge and a strong certificate, is AiresDocs's.
