Sign anywhere

Signed from the bus, the kitchen table or your front desk

The person you send to opens a link, reads the agreement, fills in what you asked for and signs. No account, no app, nothing to print. In their language, on whatever device they have, with a way to ask you a question if something is unclear.

  • No account for signers
  • Seven languages
  • Draw, type or upload a signature
  • Signed in minutes, not days

The agreement arrives by email and is signed on the phone it was read on. Nobody waits for a printer or a scanner.

  • Understood the first time

The signing page and emails speak the signer's language, so a French tenant or a Dutch client is not guessing at buttons.

  • Questions answered, not ignored

A signer can comment or decline with a reason instead of going quiet. You find out the same day.

  • Everyone can sign

Keyboard-only, screen-reader friendly, typed or uploaded signatures for people who cannot draw, high-contrast themes.

The signing page

Guided from the first page to the final signature

The whole agreement is shown before any field is touched. Required fields are highlighted and counted, so nobody submits half a form.

Three ways to sign
Draw with a finger or mouse, type a name in one of three handwriting styles, or upload an image of a signature. Initials work the same way.
Consent you can point to
Before the first signature the signer agrees to sign electronically. The wording version and the moment are recorded on the certificate.
Every field type, live
Dropdowns, radio groups, checkboxes, currency and number fields with validation, attachment uploads, and fields that appear or calculate as the signer answers.
A summary before finishing
Signers review everything they entered before they press finish. Afterwards, everyone receives the sealed copy and its certificate.
Languages

Your signer reads the page in their own language

English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch for the signing page and the signer's emails. Pick per recipient, or let the browser decide.

Dates and formats localised
A date signed appears the way the signer expects it. The certificate keeps UTC alongside each event's time zone so nothing is ambiguous later.
Your words stay yours
Your message, subject and the contract itself are sent as you wrote them. Only the interface and system emails are translated.
Two-way

Signers can ask, attach, hand over or say no

A signing page that lets people respond, so you learn about a problem today rather than after a week of silence.

Comments
A signer leaves a comment on the contract; you are emailed and can reply. Comments are kept with the contract and only printed on the certificate if you choose.
Attachments and acknowledgements
Ask for a document (ID, proof of address, a certificate) with an attachment field, and require a tick against supplementary terms. Both are recorded on the certificate.
Delegate to the right person
If you allow it, a signer can pass the contract to a colleague with a reason. You are notified and the hand-over is on the certificate.
Decline with a reason
A signer who disagrees declines and tells you why. The contract stops and the event is logged.
In person and embedded

At the front desk, or inside your own app

Host signing on your own device when you are in the room, or embed the signing page in your software with a completion event.

In-person signing
Choose "Sign in person" on the contract page and hand over your tablet. The signer completes their fields; the certificate records that you hosted the session.
Embedded signing
Open the signing page inside your product with an embed URL and receive a completion message. Allowed origins are set per API key. Integrations and API.
AI summary on request
For contracts where you switch it on, signers can read a plain-English summary and ask questions, clearly labelled as AI-generated and not legal advice. AI assistant.
Questions

Common questions about sign anywhere

Anything missing? The help page has more, or email support and a person will reply within one business day.

Do signers need an account or an app?

No. They receive an email with their own secure link, open it in any browser on any device and sign. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

Which languages does the signing page support?

English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch, for the page and the emails the signer receives. Choose a language per recipient or let it follow the signer's browser. Dates are shown in the signer's format.

What if the signer has a question or disagrees?

They can leave a comment that you see and can reply to by email, or decline with a reason so you hear straight away rather than waiting. Comments are stored with the contract and only appear on the certificate if you choose.

Can the signer attach a document, such as proof of address?

Yes, if you add an attachment field. The file is stored privately with the contract and listed, with its fingerprint, on the certificate.

Can I sign with someone in the room?

Yes. Open the contract on your own device, choose "Sign in person", and hand it over. The signer completes their fields; the certificate records that you hosted the session.

How long does a signing link work?

Until the contract expires (30 days by default, or the period you set), is completed, or you void it. A signer who comes back later picks up where they left off.

Is the signing page accessible?

Every field type has a keyboard-only path, fields are labelled, focus is visible, colours meet WCAG AA contrast in light and dark, and signers who cannot draw can type or upload a signature. See the accessibility statement.
